Chipping Campden and Hidcote Manor - Nr Stratford-upon-Avon, The Cotswolds
Coffee and lunch may be taken in Chipping Campden.
Apart from looking at the typical architecture and visiting the shops, there is a walled garden at one end of the High Street dedicated to Ernest Wilson in which can be found a few of the 2000 plants he discovered in his short life as an explorer.
After lunch we will visit Hidcote, a National Trust garden. Lawrence Johnston developed this garden as a series of rooms to display his favourite plants
